For Colorado is a statewide initiative focused on integrating health and wellness into the places Coloradans work, live and play. The Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) is fueling the For Colorado initiative to cultivate a culture of health and well-being in small businesses and communities statewide while enhancing local economic vitality.
It aims to assist, recognize and connect the public through a three pillar model that mirrors the vision of healthy businesses lead to healthy communities.
The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network provides free consultations to small businesses to integrate health and wellness into the backbone of their business at any stage.
Award small businesses and communities efforts to obtain a culture of health through statewide recognition. The awarded winners will receive Governor’s proclamation at a public event, press release and a featured story on OEDITs website.
