We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially launched our US office in Denver, Colorado.
Our new office is based in the city’s LoDo district, surrounded by great transport links and easy access to Union Station.
With an established international client pool and extensive inventory of apartments in the US, our expansion into the Americas will see us grow the business we already conduct in the region and seek out a range of new opportunities.
In accompaniment with our global offices in the UK, Singapore and Hyderabad, our Denver office will allow us to offer 24-hour telephone coverage, meaning our team of specialists will always be within easy reach.
One of the most centrally-located major cities in the US, Denver is a well-connected business hub that offers straightforward access to a host of international destinations.
Having looked at a number of different cities in similar time zones, we chose to launch our US office in Denver for a number of different reasons.

With nine years’ of experience at our London office, Rafaela Baraldi has relocated to the US to assume the role of Regional Head – Americas. Robert Carrick has taken up the position of Key Account Manager and will work alongside Fernando Knapp, who has been hired as our first Partner Account Manager in the US.
With the launch of our industry-leading tech platforms, Orbi and OrbiRelo in 2018, this latest venture complements a number of exciting recent developments.
Now that we’re moving into our 19th year, we’re excited to see our US office flourish over the coming months.
