All off-premise signs adjacent to the State Highway System must obtain a permit from the Department prior to erection. The Department also has programs for the erection of “logo signs” and Tourist Oriented Directional Signs for qualifying businesses. Businesses must apply for a permit and pay for the signs. – ON line iformation at Interstatelogos.com
