Bohemian Foundation and Illegal Pete’s contribute to CCI’s Career Advancement Grant
DENVER, May 14, 2018—Colorado Creative Industries (CCI) has confirmed Bohemian Foundation and Illegal Pete’s as community partners for the Career Advancement Grant. Bohemian Foundation and Illegal Pete’s will contribute funds for the upcoming Career Advancement Grant cycles with submission deadlines on June 1, 2018 and November 1, 2018.
Funding for musicians and music-based businesses will be provided by Fort Collins-based Bohemian Foundation in continued support and implementation of the Colorado Music Strategy. Illegal Pete’s, a Colorado-based restaurant group and record label, is committed to supporting Colorado’s artist community. As their Greater Than Collective label transitions, Illegal Pete’s will provide additional support to CCI’s Career Advancement Grant. The Career Advancement Grant offers reimbursable, matching funds up to $2,500 to support Colorado creative entrepreneurs and artists stimulate their commercial creative business.
“The Colorado Music Strategy, which we developed statewide over the past several years, helps us focus on ways we can continue to amplify these results and make connections with partners interested in helping musicians advance their careers,” said Margaret Hunt, CCI Director.
