Colorado Ranks 10th In State Unemployment Rate

While the unemployment rate fell in the U.S. in 2017, Colorado’s state unemployment was significantly lower than the national average, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Colorado was 10th in the country, behind states like Hawaii and Alaska, at 3.1 percent. A low unemployment rate is good for those who are employed and for people looking for work.
